What will the CISO do?

The CISO will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of information security at NADRA. This includes developing and implementing an information security strategy, managing information security risks, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.

Who are they looking for?

NADRA is looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with a proven track record in information security. The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree in Information Security/Technology and Computer Sciences or a related field from a Higher Education Commission (HEC) recognized university. A PhD is preferred.
• Relevant certifications in IS Audits, such as CISA or CISM.
• A minimum of 10 years experience in senior information security operations and management roles.
• A strong understanding of regulatory requirements (national and international), technological advancements in the industry, and international best practices.
• The ability to steer the organization's information security strategy and align it with NADRA's vision for information security and cybersecurity.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. The ability to represent NADRA at local and international forums on information security and cybersecurity matters.
• Strong leadership qualities and the ability to manage a team of information security professionals.
• The ability to analyze complex issues, think critically, and make informed decisions in critical situations.
